Bartholemew James Rateriff, or Papa Rat as he’s known to Ricky and Becky and their “cousins” in Florida, is a cruise ship entertainment director who lives in Miami ever since that big blow out with Ricky’s mom years ago.
He may or may not have a new wife to match his new life, plus those “cousins” of Ricky and Becky that have been born in recent years.
